Jelena is a somatic therapist whose work brings together Internal Family Systems, breathwork, and body-based practices to support people moving through phases of deep inner transformation. Her approach is grounded, compassionate, and attuned to the subtle layers of the nervous system, helping clients meet long-held patterns with clarity, presence, and care.
She works closely with individuals navigating significant life shifts — moments when who they used to be has dissolved and the new version has not yet fully formed. Jelena offers a steady, attuned environment for recalibrating a sense of Self, safety, and direction in these threshold spaces.
Her career began in banking in London, until she reached her own “in-between” — a period that led her into somatic healing and eventually toward dedicating her life to exploring these themes and supporting others through them.
Over the past years, she has facilitated hundreds of retreats, events, and workshops, and worked with thousands of people across the world, guiding them through transitions, emotional blockages, and the in-between spaces where possibility begins to take shape.
Her work centres on helping people reconnect with their inner resources, soften protective structures, and rebuild trust in their own internal guidance so they can step into a version of themselves that feels true.
