Stefano is a highly experienced psychotherapist, coach, and clinical supervisor with over two decades of practice. Registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), he has worked extensively within the National Health Service, including Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services and multidisciplinary crisis intervention teams supporting young people with complex emotional and behavioural presentations.
In addition to his clinical work, Stefano has served as a lecturer and academic supervisor on Master’s and Advanced Diploma programmes in Psychotherapy and Counselling, mentoring emerging practitioners. His work reflects an integrated understanding of psychodynamic, humanistic, and developmental frameworks, as well as contemporary psychotherapy, attachment theory, and embodied modalities.
Stefano works with adolescents and adults to foster normalisation, self-regulation, self-esteem reconstruction, and adaptive coping. His recent training in bioenergetics, somatic therapy, energy medicine, and breathwork enables him to integrate traditional psychotherapy with somatic and energy-based practices, promoting holistic mind–body wellbeing.
